We are a leading production company located in Dubai Production City, specializing in top-tier display solutions, signage, exhibitions, and graphics. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project plans, technical drawings, and specifications to create precise cost estimates.
- Develop comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and estimates based on conceptual sketches and client briefs.
- Work closely with the Production team to ensure cost estimates align with project requirements.
- Calculate project costs by evaluating labor, materials, transportation, and equipment needs.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify potential risks and budget uncertainties.
- Source competitive pricing by negotiating with suppliers, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare and submit detailed quotations and pricing proposals for client approval.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure they stay in line with initial estimates throughout execution.
- Assist in bid preparation, procurement processes, and vendor selection.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Estimator within the signage, exhibitions, advertising, or interior fit-out industries.
- Proven experience in the UAE/GCC market with a solid understanding of local industry practices and cost standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and estimation software; AutoCAD familiarity is a plus.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
