Stack & Dome is a popular dry-aged beef smash burger restaurant, and we are expanding our team to our new location in Jumeirah, Dubai. We are on a mission to create the perfect burger, and our grill chef is at the heart of that mission. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced grill chef who can master our specific techniques and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What We're Looking For
We need a grill chef who is a quick learner, pays close attention to detail, and can follow instructions precisely. You must be able to work autonomously and consistently, without the need for constant supervision. This role is a perfect fit for a professional who understands the nuances of working with high-fat content beef mince and can manage the intense pressure of a busy kitchen while maintaining our high standards of quality.
Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Master our unique smash burger technique and replicate our specific cooking process.
- Work efficiently on the grill in a high-volume, fast-moving kitchen.
- Maintain impeccable quality and consistency for every burger made.
- Understand and handle high-fat content beef mince correctly.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station in accordance with hygiene standards.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a grill or line chef, preferably with burger-making experience.
- A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for creating high-quality food.

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
