Key Responsibilities
CANDIDATES FROM BEAUTY AND PERSONAL CARE -PERFUMES & COSMETICS WILL BE PREFERRED
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to expand global market share
- Identify and pursue new international business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas clients and distributors
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws
- Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and product teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings
- Train and lead export sales teams to achieve performance targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in export sales or international business development
- Strong understanding of global trade regulations and export documentation
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and export-related software
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
