We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of IT Department to lead and manage our IT infrastructure, systems, and digital innovation strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of all technology platforms and for aligning IT objectives with the company's overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT team in managing daily operations of the company’s technology systems (PMS, POS, network, CCTV, Wi-Fi, VoIP, etc.)
- Plan, develop, and implement IT strategies and policies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and business continuity planning.
- Oversee system upgrades, software implementation, and hardware maintenance.
- Coordinate with department heads to support technology needs and solve issues promptly.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
- Identify and integrate innovative solutions to enhance guest experiences and internal efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of IT management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of systems (PMS, POS, Booking Engines, CRM, etc.)
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, network management, and IT project implementation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
