Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales department.
- Training the team, monitoring, and analyzing performance.
- Organizing broker tours with developers.
- Assisting in recruiting personnel for the department.
- Organizing effective negotiations.
- Ensuring service quality control.
- Monitoring and analyzing the real estate market.
- Maintaining documentation and reporting in the CRM system.
