We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Recruiter to oversee the administration and operations of our training institutes and classes while handling Recruitment Function also. The ideal candidate should have experience in administration, HR practices, and day to day management to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency across all centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all institutes, ensuring smooth functioning of classes and programs.
- Coordinate scheduling, faculty assignments, and class management to optimize efficiency
- Implement and streamline administrative policies and procedures for better efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Identify and implement administrative improvements to support business growth.
- Work closely with management to align HR and operational strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee and manage fee payments, collections, and outstanding dues to ensure timely and accurate financial records.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute institute events, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes.
- Review and analyze reports, providing detailed insights and conclusive recommendations to higher management.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining compliance across all departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
