Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations across our retail branches, factory, and head office. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE labor law, hands-on HR execution skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced retail and F&B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee records.
- Enforce HR policies and disciplinary procedures and ensure legal compliance (UAE Labor Law, WPS, etc.).
- Monitor attendance and leaves and coordinate payroll input with Finance.
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and support engagement activities.
- Track probation reviews and support performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Liaise with recruiters, line managers, and PROs on hiring and visa matters.
- Maintain accurate HR reports and documentation for audits and compliance checks.
- Conduct periodic field visits to retail branches, factories, and café sites.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the retail, hospitality, or F&B sector.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience working with mixed workforces (white- and blue-collar).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic HR systems (ERP/HRMS).
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
