Job Overview
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a results-driven and financially savvy Investment Real Estate Sales Agent to join our high-performing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who understand the dynamics of property investment and can guide clients through strategic acquisitions, portfolio growth, and wealth-building opportunities in the UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on investment opportunities in residential, commercial, and off-plan properties
- Analyze market trends, ROI projections, and financial data to support client decisions
- Build and manage relationships with investors, developers, and institutional clients
- Conduct property tours, presentations, and investment consultations
- Structure and negotiate deals that align with client objectives and financial goals
- Stay informed on regulatory changes, tax implications, and market developments
- Maintain accurate records of listings, transactions, and client communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of investment deals
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate investment sales or financial advisory
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and investment landscape
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus
- Professional demeanor with a consultative, client-first approach
- Familiarity with financial modeling, CRM platforms, and investment reporting tools
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
