We are seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and selling IT services/SAAS/ & HRMS product and services to both new and existing clients. This role requires a strong understanding of IT products (hardware, software, services, or solutions), sales processes, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct client meetings (in-person or virtual) to understand customer needs and offer tailored IT software services & solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Manage sales pipeline using CRM software and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in IT sales, business development, or account management.
- Knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and convey them in simple terms to customers.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
