Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing bookings, handling client inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations for property leasing. This role involves working closely with property owners, guests, and internal teams to maximize occupancy and deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and lease vacation home properties to potential guests.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.
- Negotiate rental terms and prepare lease agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners and guests.
- Achieve monthly leasing and occupancy targets.
- Ensure accurate records of bookings, contracts, and payments.
Requirements
- Previous experience in leasing or real estate preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer service-oriented with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/booking platforms is a plus.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
