Job Title: Marketing Staff

Al Farusia Group is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics. This role requires a results-driven individual who can work independently and collaboratively to drive marketing initiatives and support business growth.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization.
Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
Content Creation:
Create engaging and high-quality content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone.
Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain Al Farusia Group's social media presence across various platforms.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
Analytics and Reporting;
Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular reporting and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.
Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
Excellent content creation and writing skills.

Salary Package:
AED 3,000 - AED 3,500 per month, depending on experience.
