Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor all MEP works, ensuring compliance with design drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Review and comment on MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Liaise between the MEP subcontractors and site teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure that all MEP works are integrated smoothly with civil and architectural works.
- Monitor MEP progress and ensure timely completion in line with the overall project schedule.
- Identify and address any discrepancies or conflicts in MEP designs and installations.
- Support procurement by reviewing technical specifications and ensuring timely delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project management team.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical input where necessary.
Competencies:
- Experience: Minimum 7 years experience, preferably in Civil Construction Industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong background in handling MEP systems in commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction and engineering drawings
- Detail-oriented and technically sound with good communication skills.
- Proactive, head strong & motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent command in English (speaking and writing)
