Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to manage and oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations for projects in Dubai. The candidate must have a strong technical background, leadership capabilities, and a valid UAE driving license to travel between sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of MEP technicians and subcontractors on-site.
- Oversee the installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems in compliance with local regulations and project specifications.
- Monitor daily site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues or delays in work progress.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain detailed reports of site activities, including manpower, materials, and work progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team when needed.
- Attend site meetings and contribute to project planning and scheduling.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar MEP supervisory role.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and DEWA regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and documentation.
