Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Supervisor located in Dubai. The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for site supervision, site inspections, Sales, facility management (FM), plumbing, and building maintenance.
Qualifications
In depth Knowledge of HVAC ( Central AC, Chillers, DX type , VRV etc)
Site Supervision and Site Inspections skills
Facility Management (FM) knowledge
Experience in Plumbing and Building Maintenance Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to perform MEP Sales
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience 1-2 years of experience in any Facility management company in same position
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Up to AED2,560.17 per month
