Title: MEP – Supervisor cum Technician

Job Summary
We are hiring experienced professionals to manage and execute technical operations related to HVAC, electrical panels, and pumping systems. Ideal candidates will possess strong problem-solving skills and be proficient in system installations, diagnostics, and reporting. Roles will be assigned based on experience and leadership capability.
Responsibilities
- Program and troubleshoot chiller systems for optimal performance.
- Maintain and repair pumping systems, ensuring reliable operation.
- Inspect and install electrical panels in compliance with national standards.
- Install, service, and troubleshoot all types of air conditioning units.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive technical reports and formal communications.
- Lead and mentor junior technicians (for Supervisor/Team Leader roles).
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of a Diploma in HVAC Systems or equivalent technical qualification.
- 6–8 years of relevant hands-on experience across the key technical areas.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare professional emails and reports.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred for applicable roles.
- Familiarity with national compliance codes and safety regulations.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
