We are seeking an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules and hands-on experience with both configuration and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Odoo functional specifications.
- Configure Odoo modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing, HR, etc.) based on client needs.
- Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python and XML.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing functional and technical support.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement custom solutions.
- Prepare documentation for configurations, workflows, and customizations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant with technical development skills.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo frameworks and ORM.
- Proficiency in Python, XML, and JavaScript for Odoo customizations.
- Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Experience with Odoo installation, deployment, and upgrades.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
Nice to Have:
- Odoo certification.
- Experience in multiple Odoo versions.
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, and Linux environments.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
