Job description:
- Serve tea, coffee, water to staff, guests and clients as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents when required.
- Handle office work such as delivering documents, purchasing supplies, and managing mail.
- Ensure pantry items and office supplies are stocked and report replenishment needs.
- Support administrative and clerical staff as needed.
- Open and close the office premises on time.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
