We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in mechanical engineering to oversee operations in our oilfield machine shop. The ideal candidate will machine shop. the Ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in repair and maintenance industrial valves, welding & fabrication, and a proven track record in business development within the UAE engineering sector.
Key Responsibility
- Manage day -to-day operations of the oilfield machine shop.
- Supervise repair and maintenance activities for industrial valves.
- Oversee welding and fabrication works to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Lead business development initiatives to expand client base and market share.
- coordinate with clients, suppliers , and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, HSE regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5-10 years' experience in the UAE market, specifically in oilfield machine shop operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial valve repair, welding and fabrication process.
- Proven experience in business development within the engineering sector.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
