Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, carpenters, machinists, and other factory personnel involved in joinery and fit-out works.
- Plan daily and weekly production schedules based on project deadlines and priorities.
- Monitor workflow and productivity, ensuring all products are manufactured to the required quality standards.
- Review technical drawings, joinery details, and material specifications to guide the team accurately.
- Ensure the efficient use of materials, machinery, and labor.
- Coordinate with the project team, design, procurement, and logistics departments to meet production timelines.
- Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to industry standards and client expectations.
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment by enforcing company health and safety policies.
- Train and mentor team members to build technical skills and improve overall team performance.
- Report production metrics, progress, delays, and issues to senior management regularly.
- Manage machine maintenance schedules in coordination with the maintenance team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a joinery, carpentry, or interior fit-out production environment.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and joinery details.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
