We are seeking a capable and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and productivity of our manufacturing facility.
Production line experience compulsory
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide production workers, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Loading the containers in proper manner and accurately.
- Oversee production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and meeting targets.
- Ensure safety compliance, conduct inspections, and promote a safety culture.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, minimizing downtime.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and offer development opportunities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain production records, generate reports on key indicators.
- Foster effective communication, address employee concerns promptly.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
