Position Summary
The Real Estate Broker Manager will oversee the daily operations of the brokerage, manage a team of brokers/agents, drive sales performance, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and foster strong client relationships. This role requires a combination of leadership, market knowledge, and business development expertise to grow the company’s market share.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor real estate brokers and agents.
- Set clear performance goals and monitor KPIs for the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training programs.
2. Business Development
- Develop and execute strategies to increase property listings and sales transactions.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
- Lead marketing initiatives to promote the company’s properties and brand.
3. Operations & Compliance
- Ensure all transactions adhere to local real estate laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date records of listings, sales, and client communications.
- Oversee contracts, agreements, and other documentation for accuracy and compliance.
4. Market Analysis & Strategy
- Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activity, and client preferences.
- Provide management with reports and insights to support strategic decisions.
- Adjust sales and marketing strategies in response to market shifts.
5. Client Relations
- Oversee the resolution of client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of real estate experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in UAE in brokerage company.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and expanding market share.
- Solid understanding of real estate laws, procedures, and documentation.
- Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
