Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction cost control, project estimation, and contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze project cost estimates and budgets
- Manage project payments and valuations
- Monitor materials, labor costs, and project timelines
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor quotations and contracts
- Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and tender documents
- Handle cost reporting and variation claims
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and legal standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in the UAE
- Strong understanding of local construction market and materials pricing
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
