Quantity Surveyor (Roads)
Location:SHARJAH
Employment Type: Full-time
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our growing team in the roads and infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
- Monitor project budgets and prepare regular financial reports.
- Evaluate contractor progress and verify payment applications.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams on-site.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and cost control procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in road projects.
- Solid knowledge of measurement techniques and construction methods related to infrastructure and roads.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant QS software (e.g., Candy, CostX, etc.).
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
