Job Description

Deal Sourcing & Origination
- Identify and build a pipeline of off-market real estate acquisition opportunities (land, residential, commercial, industrial or mixed-use).
- Establish and maintain a strong network of agents, brokers, developers, landlords, and asset owners.
- Negotiate directly with sellers and intermediaries to secure favourable terms.

Opportunity Evaluation
- Perform financial modelling and valuation analysis on prospective deals (IRR, NPV, cash flow, etc.).
- Conduct commercial due diligence including market comps, rental potential, yield profile, and exit strategies.
- Prepare concise deal memos and investment recommendations for internal decision-makers.

Transaction Support
- Coordinate initial deal structuring and documentation.
- Liaise with legal, technical, and financial advisors through the acquisition process.
Additional Information
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in UAE real estate acquisition.
- Strong network and knowledge of UAE property market dynamics, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Proven ability to source off-market opportunities and move deals forward independently.
- Advanced skills in Excel financial modelling and commercial due diligence.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
