We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Administrator with Accounting Responsibilities to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle filing, documentation, and digital record-keeping
- Prepare and manage tenancy agreements and other contracts
- Maintain organized systems for property and client records
- Assist in handling client communications and inquiries
Accounting & Finance Support:
- Issue invoices and receipts for rental payments and service fees
- Process and track vendor invoices and expenses
- Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry
- Prepare and submit VAT returns and support in compliance matters
- Support external accountant with monthly/quarterly reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative and/or accounting roles
- Familiarity with VAT and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
