Key Responsibilities:
- Convert qualified leads provided by the company — no cold calling
- Specialize in luxury property sales & leasing (off-plan focus)
- Manage deals via our CRM (Bitrix)
- Build long-term client relationships & grow your personal brand
- Attend weekly training sessions on sales, RERA compliance, and mindset
- Collaborate with our marketing team for social media and branding
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market or proven sales experience
Strong closing skills and excellent client relationship management
