Real Estate Agent (European Speaker) – Abu Dhabi
Location: Metropolitan Capital, Abu Dhabi

About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and multilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in a European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian) to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. You will represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, with a focus on delivering premium service to an international clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in property transactions across Abu Dhabi’s residential and commercial sectors
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance throughout the sales process
- Offer market insights, property valuations, and investment advice
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
- Stay informed on UAE real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluency in a European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian) and English
- Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in the UAE
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market and legal framework
- UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
