Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with qualified leads provided by the company and convert them into successful transactions.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients.
- Negotiate deals and prepare necessary documentation.
- Utilize CRM Bitrix for lead management and reporting.
- Stay updated with market trends and DLD/RERA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai, UAE.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- RERA certification is a plus.
