We are looking for ambitious and dynamic Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing sales force. The role is focused on actively promoting and selling our diverse property portfolio to prospective clients and investors across the UAE and internationally. The ideal candidate is a driven sales professional with a passion for real estate, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong track record in client relationship management. This role requires a hands-on, proactive approach to generating leads, managing client accounts, and closing deals, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of successful experience in Dubai real estate brokerage as a Real Estate Agent/Broker.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with UAE real estate laws, market dynamics, and transaction processes (preferred).
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as British and Russian is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties from ARABLAND’s portfolio to potential clients.
- Proactively generate leads through personal networks, online platforms, referrals, and company-supported initiatives.
- Conduct client meetings, property tours, presentations, and consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to deal closure, including offer negotiation and sales documentation.
- Provide clients with up-to-date information on pricing, payment plans, financing options, legal processes, and property specifications.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the local real estate market, including current trends, competitor offerings, and buyer behavior.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing Team to maximize lead conversion and client retention.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events to expand client reach and brand awareness.
