Job Description
We are looking for a driven and passionate Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of proven experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan and/or secondary market) with strong knowledge of developers, communities, and the overall property landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle both off-plan and secondary market transactions.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Provide professional property consultations to clients based on their needs.
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate trends, market insights, and project launches.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai (off-plan or secondary market).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai developers, projects, and communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be currently based in Dubai.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
