Role Summary
We’re seeking a driven and strategic Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth, and elevate our market presence. This role is ideal for someone with deep industry knowledge, a passion for leadership, and a talent for building client relationships in a competitive real estate landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to exceed sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
- Oversee property listings, client negotiations, and transaction closures
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and clients
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and brand visibility
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
- Proficiency in CRM tools and property listing platforms
- Fluency in English; Arabic or Russian is a plus
- UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
