Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to showcase property listings.
- Understand client needs, budgets, and preferences to qualify leads.
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings with the sales team.
- Keep detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Provide clients with property information, pricing, and payment plans.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and lead generation.
- Stay informed about market trends and available properties.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling or sales experience in the UAE (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Positive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated attitude.
