This is full-time remote role as Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be responsible for:
- Identify and attract top-performing Agents.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in recruiting Real Estate Agents in Dubai.
- Headhunting skill.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey the company’s values and opportunities to potential candidates.
- A results-driven mindset.
- Any European additional language is a plus.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
