•Identify, approach, and manage B2B clients including retailers, showrooms, and distributors in the sanitary ware and tiles segment.
•Promote and display our brand’s products(stratoz, edge) effectively in client outlets to maximize visibility and sales impact.
•Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to acquire new business and strengthen existing relationships.
•Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
•Provide product knowledge, training, and support to retail partners and their staff.
•Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activity, and trends.
•Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely deliveries and after-sales support.
•Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
•Timely submission of weekly work day, sales reports update to HOD.
