Position Overview:
HauteSpot is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to support our growth in Dubai’s dynamic business ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career (around 2 years of experience) who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced coworking and serviced office environment. You’ll be working closely with the Sales Manager and Community team to drive lead generation, client engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Engagement
· Assist in identifying and reaching out to prospective clients including startups, freelancers, and SMEs.
· Conduct workspace tours, respond to inquiries, and support lead conversion efforts.
· Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and align them with HauteSpot solutions.
· Support upselling of services such as meeting rooms, event spaces, and virtual offices.
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
· Help onboard new clients and ensure a positive early experience.
· Act as a point of contact during the sales process and initial days post-signup.
· Gather feedback and support client satisfaction initiatives.
Channel Development
· Assist in building relationships with channel partners such as brokers, real estate agents, and referral partners.
· Maintain partner contact lists and coordinate outreach or follow-ups as needed.
· Represent HauteSpot to partners with professionalism and consistency.
Community Engagement & Events
· Participate in organizing and hosting community-building events.
· Represent HauteSpot at internal and external activations or pop-ups.
· Foster a welcoming and dynamic atmosphere for all guests and members.
Regulatory & Compliance Support
· Understand and communicate basic compliance requirements to clients, including DED and Ejari-related queries.
· Liaise with internal operations to support clients through onboarding compliance where necessary.
CRM & Reporting
· Maintain accurate CRM entries for all leads, tours, follow-ups, and conversions.
· Support the Sales Manager with basic reporting and sales summaries.
Marketing Coordination
· Assist in promoting events, offers, and special initiatives via email, social media, and networking.
· Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns targeting new client acquisition.
Local Travel
· Some amount of local travel within Dubai will be expected — to attend events, meet prospects, or liaise with partners and brokers.
Who You Are:
· Experience: 2 years in sales, leasing, hospitality, or client service in the UAE.
· Relationship-Driven: You enjoy meeting people, listening to their needs, and offering thoughtful solutions.
· Organised & Accountable: Comfortable juggling multiple leads and following through consistently.
· Quick Learner: Able to absorb industry knowledge, tools, and best practices quickly.
· Communication Skills: Confident, clear, and professional with strong interpersonal skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot) is an advantage.
· UAE Knowledge: Familiarity with the business and startup environment in Dubai is an advantage.
