POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for achieving the company’s sales targets and increasing sales.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Activities:
- Setting up meetings with potential clients
- Understanding customer needs & offer support / solution after discussion & approval from seniors.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
Business Development and Customer Support:
- Building new customer base & retain existing customers by providing excellent customer service
- Thinking & proposing ideas to seniors for maximizing sales.
- Negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints or objectives
Market Research:
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibility
- Participating On Behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Reporting
Timely Reports to Sales Supervisors
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years (FMCG will be preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize & manage time efficiently.
Languages: English, Hindi. - (Arabic Preferred.)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
