Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
* Identify and contact potential clients (individuals, families, businesses).
* Respond to inquiries through phone, email, or walk-ins.
* Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or referrals.
2. Client Consultation
* Understand the client's moving needs (home size, location, timeline, etc.).
* Explain the company's services and moving process.
* Build trust and provide guidance through the relocation process.
3. Site Visits & Estimation
* Conduct pre-move surveys (in person or virtual).
* Estimate volume of goods and calculate pricing.
* Prepare and present quotes or proposals.
4. Sales & Closing Deals
* Negotiate terms and close sales.
* Ensure all customer questions are addressed before finalizing the deal.
* Convert leads into booked jobs.
5. Customer Relationship Management
* Maintain client records and track interactions.
* Provide after-sales support and follow-ups.
* Upsell additional services (packing, storage, insurance, etc.).
6. Coordination & Handover
* Communicate confirmed jobs to the operations/logistics team.
* Ensure proper documentation and scheduling.
7. Reporting & Targets
* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
* Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Negotiation and closing ability
* Knowledge of logistics or moving industry (preferred)
* Basic math and estimation skills
* CRM and sales software proficiency
