Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Sales Executives specializing in Foreign Exchange (FX) and Contracts for Difference (CFDs) to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
The ideal candidates will:
- Possess a deep understanding of the FX and CFD markets.
- Have a strong network of Retail and High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients, particularly within the Arab region.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Be motivated, organized, and adept at developing strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of FX and CFD retail clients, including HNW accounts.
- Leverage an existing client network to generate leads and onboard new business.
- Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client engagement.
- Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including expanding into untapped markets.
- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to meet client needs and market conditions.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients.
- Target individual traders, HNWI, and corporate clients to onboard them onto the company’s Forex trading platform.
- Implement effective sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with a financial brokerage firm or bank in the UAE.
- Proven track record of generating business, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of Spot FX, CFDs, and global financial markets.
- Strong database and industry connections, particularly within the UAE & GCC markets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Languages (Required):
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Fluency in Additional languages such as French, Russian... etc. (Mandatory)
Visa:
Preferably on Own visa
