Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and enroll new students
- Identify potential corporate and individual clients and build strong relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
- Oversee and train a team of sales representatives (if applicable)
- Handle inquiries from prospective students and provide course information
- Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that generate leads
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends in education
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education, training, or service industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
