Role Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager/Relationship Manager to lead sales initiatives and directly contribute to revenue generation. This role requires an individual who thrives on closing high-value deals, consistently meets aggressive sales targets, and delivers a world-class client experience. You’ll play a key role in expanding Binghatti’s brand presence in the competitive UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Binghatti’s premium real estate projects to both local and international clients
- Take full ownership of the sales pipeline — from lead generation to deal closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to convert leads
- Negotiate terms and close deals confidently and professionally
- Maintain a pipeline of active prospects through CRM tools and personal networks
- Provide timely feedback on market trends and customer needs
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with investors and high-net-worth individuals
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate or luxury/high-value sales
- Candidates with a background in Real Estate in UAE are preferred.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proven ability to consistently meet or surpass sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
- Fluency in English is must other known languages will be an advantage
