Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in hotel sales within the Sharjah market and strong relationships with key corporate, travel trade, and MICE clients in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and meet occupancy targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the Sharjah market.
- Maintain and expand strong relationships with existing corporate, travel agency, and group clients.
- Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and client meetings.
- Coordinate with revenue, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience specifically in the Sharjah market (This is mandatory).
- Strong network of corporate and travel trade contacts in Sharjah.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- UAE driving license preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.
