Job Title: Sales Manager – Joinery Division

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the joinery and interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of securing high-value projects, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the joinery/interior fit-out sector
- Maintain and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, and interior designers
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with estimation and design teams for project quotations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Attend client meetings and site visits
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales within the joinery/interior fit-out industry
- Strong industry network and client base
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus
