We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B project-based sales within the construction, tensile structures, or industrial fabrication sectors. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with strategic sales leadership , thrives in high-performance environments, and is passionate about driving growth through team development, client relationships, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for achieving a monthly sales target of AED 1 million , building long-term partnerships, and leading a results-driven sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and upskill the sales team to ensure high performance and system competency.
Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback.
Conduct regular system and ERP training to ensure optimal tool usage.
Identify, approach, and build lasting relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
Conduct regular field visits to project sites and client meetings for relationship-building and lead generation.
Prepare and submit weekly sales activity and performance reports to senior management.
Continuously improve sales processes and drive team efficiency.
Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets to contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: 5–10 years in B2B or project-based construction sales, ideally within tensile structures, steel/aluminum fabrication, or related sectors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Steel Structures, or Architecture is highly preferred.
License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Document Attestation: Degree must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
