STEP IT Institute is a leading international educational organization dedicated to preparing the next generation of IT professionals. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our operations in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
* Actively engage in sales activities to attract new students
* Conduct consultations and presentations about our courses and programs
* Work with CRM and maintain accurate sales records
* Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
* Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to optimize the student journey
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales (preferably in the education or services industry)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Fluent in English (Arabic or Russian is a plus)
* High level of responsibility and motivation
Compensation & Benefits:
* Starting salary: 3000 AED during the probation period + performance-based KPI bonuses
* After successful probation: 3500 AED + KPI bonuses
* Salary is paid twice a month (every two weeks)
* Work schedule: 5 days a week with floating weekends (5/2)
