Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase leasing revenue
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Leasing Negotiations: Lead negotiations for commercial leases, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve leasing targets and company goals
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activity, pipeline development, and market conditions for senior management
- Collaboration: Work closely with the property management and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of leasing activities
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial leasing and business development
Skills:
- Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and leasing processes
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
