We are looking for Social Media Manager cum Sales Manager to drives brand growth by creating engaging content, managing social platforms, and converting online engagement into sales through strategic outreach, lead generation, and direct customer interaction, leveraging data to optimize campaigns and align with overarching sales targets
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to brand goals and target audiences.
- Create and curate engaging content (posts, video, captions, stories, visuals) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely, professional manner
- Plan and launch social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive engagement
- Build and foster online brand loyalty and community through proactive engagement and user-generated content (UGC
- Identify new business opportunities and leads through digital channels and social media interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align social media efforts with sales targets and promotions.
- Potentially manage paid social media advertising campaigns with a focus on conversion and ROI
- Achieve sales target along with sales team
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Strong analytical skills to track performance and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective community management and team collaboration.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is required.
