Prior Real Estate experience is required (Preferably Abu Dhabi), but needs experience in UAE.
Role Summary:
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in guiding, supporting, and growing a team of real estate agents. You’ll lead by example—actively networking, closing deals, and setting high standards for professionalism and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents
- Oversee daily operations and ensure team performance aligns with company targets
- Actively generate leads and close property sales and rentals
- Assist team members in negotiations and client interactions when needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, legal regulations, and competitor activity
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high energy
- Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and community functions
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate (UAE market)
- Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and client acquisition
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Must be proactive, confident, and highly driven
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car preferred
