Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Admin to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT infrastructure, system administration, and solution architecture. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage various systems and ensure optimal performance across our platforms. The Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining our IT environment, supporting system design, and enhancing our service-oriented architecture.
Responsibilities
- Preparing daily technical work schedule according to the site requirement.
- Ablility to identify and solve the compalaints from clients.
- Handle customers properly.
- Preparing quotations and contracts.
- Preparing material requirement lists for each site, order materials and ensure its delivery on time.
- Reporting and submitting daily work reports accurately.
- Coordinating site works.
- Monitor information security protocols to protect sensitive data across all systems.
- Maintain documentation for system design, architecture, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in Uae as Technical company admin.
- Candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi.
- Familiarity with database management systems such as Microsoft.
- Strong understanding of technical terms and works.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
