Job Role - Tele Sales Executive
Location: Dubai (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce products/services effectively.
2. Convert inquiries into confirmed sales by explaining features, offers, and benefits.
3. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets consistently.
4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
5. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
6. Handle customer objections professionally and provide suitable solutions.
7. Share feedback with the internal team to improve sales strategies.
8. Stay updated on product features, promotions, and market trends.
Key Skills & Requirements:
1. Proficiency in languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, etc.) preferred (Hindi Mandatory).
2. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
3. Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation ability.
4. Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Basic knowledge of tele-sales/customer service tools & CRM systems is an advantage.
6. Positive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to achieve more.
