Job Description: As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calls to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to educate clients about our home automation products and services, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective customers.
Present and promote our home automation products effectively over the phone.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help shape product offerings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role, preferably in technology or home automation sectors.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Strong persuasive skills with a focus on achieving sales goals.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
